We ship from suppliers & factories in the USA, Latvia, Spain and China. So, if you order more than one item, you might expect them to be shipped separately, as different factories specialize in different manufacturing areas.
2️⃣ How long does it take for my products to arrive?
Delivery times vary from product to product, based on demand and shipping location. It usually takes 7-20 business days for all orders to arrive and a maximum of 30 business days. You'll get a tracking number for all your packages ordered.
3️⃣ From which location can I place an order?
You can place an order from any country, we ship worldwide, unless the product page says otherwise.
4️⃣ How much does shipping costs?
Shipping prices depends on products and locations. Some of our products have free shipping worldwide.
5️⃣ Where is your store?
Our store is based in Barcelona, Spain. We have high-quality suppliers in Europe, USA and China.
6️⃣ Do I get a confirmation number when I place my order?
Yes, all customers receive an order number after placing their orders.
7️⃣ What payment methods are available?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex and even Paypal. You can use Apple Pay or Google Pay, depending on which device you are making the purchase from.
8️⃣ Is the checkout on this site is safe and secure?
You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe, made through Shopify payments.
9️⃣ If I enter my email address, will you sell my information?
We do not sell our customers' information. Email is only for follow-up and to send newsletters about our promotions and new arrivals.
